Our classes are carefully planned out. We start with warm-ups for one or two people, then move on to basic forms and then flows and creative routines. Everyone is welcome, and you don’t need to have done acrobatics before. You will be paired safely and be helped every step of the way whether you join with a partner or by yourself. We also use breathwork and healing poses to make the practice more complete and rooted.
