This mantra has helped me through every part of my life, both emotionally and professionally. It is the basis of my path to self-realization and living a meaningful life.  I have worked in the hospitality business for more than ten years and have gained a lot of different experiences. I have worked at some of the most famous five-star hotels in India and other countries, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of service, discipline, health, and greatness.
 
Some of the first jobs I had as a professional were at Hyatt, Maurya Sheraton, Jumeirah Beach, DLF Emporia, Comfort Inn, and Oxford Golf Resort. These were places where I learned by doing.  Each job helped me develop a different part of my personality, such as paying close attention to details, being a great host, understanding other cultures, and having a deep respect for people.  Working in places that were both difficult and satisfying not only improved my practical skills, but it also helped me see the deep link between health, lifestyle, and mindful service.
Pranayama

Pranayama is the unique blend of yogic practices.It has the spiritual significance forms a major part of the learning process.As it is the ancient practice of controlling your breath you control the timing,duration and frequency of every breath and hold .The goal of Pranayama is to connect your  body and mind . Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It’s a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control.
